Dance majors are required to audition. Auditions can be done live or by video. You may be invited to participate in an interview with custom-designed major staff via telephone or in person. Homeschool applicants must provide the equivalent of a high school transcript with course or subject titles, duration of study for each title, content of study for each title, and an assessment of performance or grade.

Preferably, the courses completed at home are part of a curriculum developed and evaluated by a nationally recognized diploma-granting organization or agency or sponsoring public high school. If an official transcript from a state homeschool association or sponsoring public high school is not available, homeschool applicants can submit one of the following documents:.

Students applying for freshman admission are offered the choice of applying Early Decision, Early Action, or Regular Decision. Early Decision and Early Action applicants complete their applications earlier in order to receive an admission decision sooner.

Applicants who choose to apply for Early Decision or Early Action will receive one of three possible decisions: An Early Decision is a binding decision, so if offered admission, students accepted for Early Decision must attend Drexel University and withdraw any applications submitted to other schools.

An Early Action decision is non-binding, so accepted students have until May 1 to explore their options. Students applying Regular Decision have a later deadline and will receive their decisions by April 1. This decision is also non-binding.
